Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Basic Individual returns (primarily with Foreign Tax Credits less than $100, less than 10 K-1s, or single-state filings)
• 1120 Corporation and 1120S Corporation tax returns of moderate difficulty (up to $10 million in revenue and a 4-5 page chart of accounts)
• Reviews prior year tax returns and work papers for understanding
• Identifies common “book/tax” differences (schedule M-1) in corporate forms (such as depreciation, travel & entertainment, Federal Income tax); identifies “character of income” issues on personal returns
• Prepares tax liability projections with minimal direction
• Confirms all issues are addressed or documented and workpapers are complete
• Understands basic accounting practices and transactions

ABOUT YOU:

• 2-6 years of relevant US public accounting or industry experience
• CPA or CPA candidate with intention to complete the CPA exam
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting and completion of 150 CPA credits (or comparable equivalent)
